Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CommunityOS platform operated by The Masked Marketers (“we”, “us”) at communities.themaskedmarketers.com (the “Service”) — communities, courses, events, chat, and purchases. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. You must be legally able to enter a contract (or have a guardian’s consent) to buy paid access.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

2. Communities and content

• Each community is run by its owner, who sets its rules, pricing, and content. The owner is responsible for what they sell; we provide the platform.
• You own what you post. By posting you give us and the community the right to display and distribute it within the Service.
• Course materials and community content are for your personal use — don’t copy, resell, or share access.
• No harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break the platform’s security. Community owners and we may moderate, remove content, or remove members.

3. Purchases, renewals, and refunds

• Payments in India are processed by Cashfree (₹, incl. UPI and optional UPI Autopay renewals you can cancel anytime from your account page); international payments are processed by PayPal (USD). We never see your full card/UPI credentials.
• Prices shown in ₹ are inclusive of GST where applicable; a tax invoice is provided for Indian purchases when the seller is GST-registered.
• Memberships may be one-time or for a fixed period; access ends when the period does unless renewed.
• Refunds are decided by the community owner per the offer’s stated policy. Contact the owner first; refunds, where given, are processed to the original payment method.

4. Referral (affiliate) program

Some communities let members earn commissions for referrals. The rules — rates, holds, payouts, and fair-play requirements — are shown inside the community on its affiliate terms page and form part of these terms for participants.

5. Messaging

If you opt in, we may contact you by email, push notification, or WhatsApp. Every email has an unsubscribe link, notification preferences live in your account page, and replying STOP ends WhatsApp messages.

6. Disclaimers and liability

• Courses and community content are educational — no income, results, or outcome guarantees, and nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or professional advice.
• The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact
