Data Deletion Instructions

CommunityOS (operated by The Masked Marketers) lets you delete your personal data at any time. This page explains how.

Delete your account and data

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data — your profile, posts, comments, messages, memberships, and any WhatsApp contact record — email utsavgoyal1981@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We will verify the request and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with the law (for example, tax or payment records). You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

WhatsApp conversations

If you contacted us on WhatsApp, you can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP. To also delete your stored WhatsApp contact and message history, include your WhatsApp number in your deletion request above.
